Municipal police receive a 20-hour course with 5 hours a day of theoretical and practical classes on all possible criminal types of gender violence. It is a training through which police officers improve their knowledge on how these cases should be dealt with, and though which academics can better know what is the daily practice of the police when it comes to dealing with such cases and the particular difficulties they face.
For years, Professor Eduard Ramon has delivered this training in EBAP (Public Administration School). He will soon explain his experience to students in the seminars organized by the LIDIB in the Law Faculty.
