As a Laboratory, we celebrate that the Minister of Justice, Pilar Llop, appointed Dr. Valentina Milano, professor of Public International Law at the UIB and Secretary of the LIDIB, to become a member of the Special Section of the General Codification Commission that has been established for the elaboration of a legal and comprehensive bill on combatting trafficking in human beings. Congratulations! We are glad that a professor of our Laboratory will participate in the development of this important task, and we wish her the best of luck in drafting a law that has been pending for a long time – Spain does not have a law on human trafficking- and whose adoption is more than ever urgent and necessary.
