With the support of the General Directorate for Cooperation, the Human Rights Lab LIDIB organizes a course to train students and other groups interested in learning how to draft reports on the gender impact of public policies as a fundamental tool to promote gender equality in our society. The idea is to train people who can prepare these reports for the Administration, mainly municipal and regional, in order to respond to the lack of people trained to carry out this task in the Balearic Islands. The final objective is to achieve the effective incorporation of equality objectives in public policies.
The course consists of 4 sessions:
SESSION 1. Conceptual and normative framework of gender equality at the international, national and regional levels. January 27, 2021, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
SESSION 2. Reports on the gender impact of regulatory provisions. January 28, 2021, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
